In order to provide excellent customer service and delivery windows we ask that you review our ordering procedures!

· Delivery minimum order $100 with a $5.50 minimum order charge

· FREE delivery on all orders over $250

· 5pm order dead line for all am(morning) deliveries, in the Cortland and Ithaca areas

· 11am order dead line for all pm deliveries in the Cortland/ Ithaca areas

· 5pm order dead line for all next day delivery

· Consult with your sales representative for scheduled delivery days in your area

· Office hours Monday- Thursday 8am- 4 pm

· Office hours Friday 8am-3:30 pm

· Office hours Saturday 8am-10:30am

· Add on( orders) can be placed up to 4:30am same day
